This spacious primary bedroom in Wake Forest, NC lacked character and warmth.
Without adjusting any permanent elements, we were able to achieve a relaxing vibe through layers of soft goods among the bedding, rug, window treatments, upholstery, and pillows.
New furniture pieces were specified to take advantage of the room’s space enabling multiple seating areas, media management, and clothing storage.
Layers of lighting transform the feel of the room from stark to warm and relaxing through lamps and customizable backlit or down-lit dimmable ceiling lights.

A thorough design plan does not stop with the furniture selections. In order to achieve a “WOW” impact, a thoughtful approach must be taken to the layers of details throughout the space. Drapery, pillows, art, accessories, greenery, and of course, lighting, add up to be just as important to the final product as the furniture itself.
