The heart of the home

Today’s open floor plans allow for easy entertaining but present a challenge with establishing defined spaces and a cohesive look and feel.

This home features a living room open to the kitchen with breakfast nook. Indoor / outdoor living is encouraged with the large screened-in porch and 12’ sliding glass doors.

The area is connected to the front entryway and open dining room, as well as the mudroom / laundry utility area and Primary bedroom.

All spaces needed to go together, but not be too closely matched. This was achieved by a consistent color palette of neutral tones with heavily textured elements and organic patterns throughout.
